Yes! The bra pads can be removed. You can access the pads via the slits in the front upper corner of the built-in bra – by the arm hole. The pads can also be replaced by a prosthesis.

Too low-cut in front and back
I love the color and I’m glad that you’ve gone back to having the slit to put your hand in to adjust the pads be on the outside instead of underneath! I like how lousy it is around the stomach area, but it’s a little too low cut in both the front and the back. I’m gonna keep it because I like the color, but I wish the neckline were a little higher in the front and the back.
